We have went a head and canceled and also issued a refund please allow 10-12 business days for the refund to reflect into As per previous request ******* accordingly! :-) Instead of asking ******** on the 26th, you should have canceled the account as soon as you saw the request on the 21st from the same email account. The customer information in our records does not match what he has provided our support team which is why their request was not fulfilled, customs subscription is currently inactive and won't be re-activated until the customer verify their infomation. Today I have logged into my bank to see yet another $4.95 subscription fee has been taken.

This time they pretended they were incapable of reading my requests to cancel my subscription, and instead insisted they would sign me up for some "special promotion." I made it clear that I was not interested, and they claimed my subscription would be cancelled and my account would no longer be charged. I sent a fresh email to the **same email address** instead of replying to the previous thread, and got a response again. I received an email asking for more information, and when I sent that information I got a fake automated response claiming the email was not in service. They charged me again in February, and I emailed once again requesting for my account to be cancelled. I called my bank to have the charge reversed, and it was, with still no contact from PairElite.

While waiting, they charged me $4.95 again. I sent an email in January, 2023 and received no response. I subscribed to the PairElite "modeling service" in 2020, and after two years of nothing ever coming of it I decided to cancel my subscription.
